Is it normal for PLA to “drip” when printing?
Yes, PLA can “ooze” more than ABS when printing. If the nozzle is hot and plastic is loaded, PLA will drip because of its low melting point. This is also why it is not recommended to leave PLA filament or prints in extreme heat; filament or print may warp.
