If you believe you need to return 'faulty' media, please contact Verbatim first. There are situations were the media is in fact not 'Faulty' and with some careful instruction can be used correctly.
To help determine if the Verbatim media you have purchased is however 'Faulty', the following information should be provided at the initial point of contact.

For any other type of media, please send an email to info@verbatim-europe.com and provide as much information as you can.
If any Verbatim media appears to be 'Faulty' once we have received this information, a representative will contact you and confirm where media should be sent. You will then be informed when the appropriate 'Replacement Media' will be dispatched.
Please note: Allow up to 28 days for 'Replacement Media' to be dispatched to you from our receipt of your product.
