I am having difficulty removing unwanted folders. What should I do?
A: If the folders are on removable media, plug the MediaShare Wireless with media installed into your PC/Mac’s USB port using the included cable. Then use your PC/Mac’s file system to delete any unwanted folder(s).
If the unwanted folders are on “My Device”, a forthcoming app update will address this limitation.
Please update your app whenever an update is available.
