This program is only intended for Instagram and/or Facebook customers and consumers located in the United States (50 states and Washington, DC) and Mexico. Offer is void where prohibited by law. Valid entries must be submitted on either platform by 12/12/2025 at 11:59PM EST.
Two (2) potential winners of the Charge ‘n’ Drive Qi2 Magnetic Wireless Car Charger with RGB Lighting will be selected on 12/15/2025 by random drawing—one winner from the United States and one winner from Mexico. Each potential winner will receive one (1) Charge ‘n’ Drive Qi2 Magnetic Wireless Car Charger with RGB Lighting.
Verbatim reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the Charge ‘n’ Drive Qi2 Magnetic Wireless Car Charger with RGB Lighting is not available. Winners will be notified on or by 12/17/2025 by social handle and winners will need to provide a physical address and other contact information for Verbatim to send the prize.
A winner may not assign, transfer, or substitute the prize. Employees, agents, and representatives of Verbatim and any individuals who live in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Verbatim is not responsible for any kind of printing, technical, or other errors or interference in the submission or selection process, and Verbatim reserves the right to cancel all or part of the contest, to declare a potential winner ineligible, and/or modify the winner-selection process in such a situation. Verbatim has the exclusive power to interpret the rules and has complete discretion in selecting potential winners, and Verbatim’s decisions regarding any and all matters related to the contest are final and binding.

Verbatim may use your information for selecting and notifying a winner, shipping the product if you win, measuring the efficiency and relevance of this program, determining interest in Verbatim products, and marketing and offering Verbatim products and services. If you are a winner, Verbatim also may share your name, address, email and phone number with its service providers (such as a shipping company) as needed to provide you with the prize.
