I Cannot See/Have Access to the Full Capacity of my Store 'n' Go USB Drive

This means a password-protected partition was created with the software provided with the Store’n’Go. If you have lost this program, go to to download it. Click on Download/Store’n’Go USB devices... and select the image corresponding to the model of your Store’n’Go. On the next page, click on the V-Safe version that corresponds to your Store’n’Go model.

Once you have downloaded the file to the Desktop of your computer, you can send a copy of it to the Store’n’Go. Open V-Safe from the Store’n’Go. If you remember your password, you will be able to enter it here and have access to the data on the private partition.

If you do not remember your password, please select Settings/Format and change the size of the private partition to 0MB with the cursor on the picture of the key. Please note this will format the key, which means all the data on it will be erased. It is therefore recommended that you save all your data onto the PC before following this procedure.
